It’s always a wonderful sight to watch a baby start learning how to crawl between six to ten months old. What’s even more irresistibly cute is when little ones discover their new skills with a furry friend beside him or her.
Take this baby girl for example. As she learns the perfect way to strengthen her body parts through crawling, her adorable four-footer dog watches her every move.
While it’s often uncertain to see how dogs react with newborns around, the relationship between this baby girl and her loving eight-year-old Labrador-retriever friend is a different story. Even at such a young age, we can say that they are already the best of friends! So adorable, don’t you think?
The baby girl’s family said that it melted their hearts when they saw what their Labrador did after their little one crawls for the first time. They added that Labradors are the best family dogs to have.
Well, it’s no wonder why this four-footer is full of love. She grew up well-trained inside a warm home ever since she was a pup. And she turned out to be a perfect example of a family dog that is wonderful to be around especially with babies.
Based on scientific studies, having a dog at home while growing up is beneficial for infants. With this, we can say that getting along at an early stage will result in a loving interaction between a baby and a dog later on.
In the video below, you can see how the Labrador showed her motherly affection to the baby. She interacted with her just like a mother and a teacher to little pooches!
This baby girl can now crawl around and when she finally managed to make her way across the floor to stretch out to her furry friend for the first time, the Labrador was so proud and gave her a big kiss in return!
